Emergency Skills, Inc. offers clients a complete AED program, ALIVE! Enhanced Defibrillator. ESI is the only company in New York City who offers this turnkey service. ESI handles every step of the AED program for you including AED sales, deployment, medical authorization, and set up. As an American Heart Association Community Training Center, ESI has been selected to offer the AHA Heartsaver AED as a New York State Department of Health Bureau of EMS approved course.

CPR For Family and Friends, Participation Course
Participants learn to respond confidently to a respiratory, cardiac, or choking emergency until medical help arrives. The hands-on skills you will learn are rescue breathing, CPR, and Heimlich Maneuver. This class may be taught as adult only, pediatric only, or combined adult and pediatric.
Hours: Adult only, 3-4 hours; Pediatric only, 3-4 hours; Combined adult and pediatric, 6 hours
Intended audience: General public, including corporate employees, parents, and family caregivers

Heartsaver CPR, Certification Program
Students learn to respond confidently to cardiac, respiratory, and choking emergencies. Successful completion of this program requires a skills demo and a written evaluation. The hands-on skills you will learn are rescue breathing, CPR, and Heimlich Maneuver.
Hours: Adult only, 4 hours; Pediatric only, 3-4 hours; Combined adult and pediatric, 6-7 hours
