The focus of Emergency Skills, Inc. (ESI) is to train corporate employees to respond confidently and calmly to workplace emergencies. Our goal is to save lives and to improve quality of life through a properly handled emergency. Founded in 1977, ESI offers quality safety training programs to businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies and individuals in the New York City area. Since 1997, ESI has been working to expand the availability of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). ESI is currently the main distributor for Philips Medical Systems in New York City. In 2000, ESI was selected to become an American Heart Association Training Center. Currently, we train more corporate employees in the HeartSaver AED than any other training center in New York. Nearly 100% of our AED training programs are on the HeartStart AED. As of July 2003, ESI received the added distinction of Multi-Regional Training Center. This enables ESI to offer training anywhere in the United States. We maintain a close relationship with both our clients and the Regional EMS Council of New York City, the agency that collects all AED data for New York City. ESI also stocks essential accessories for the HeartStart AED and provides same day delivery if needed.
Selecting ESI will enable you to have access to our knowledge and expertise in the field of automatic defibrillation, training, and public health law compliance.
